Refund/Exchange Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Please read our Exchange policy regarding guidelines for an exchange. Any additional exchange funds will be issued in the form of store credit.
IMPORTANT:
By placing an order with SAFIYASHOETIQUE.COM, I am verifying that the credit card used for purchases belongs to me.
SAFIYASHOETIQUE does not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks. Retaining possession of a product and and filing a chargeback is THEFT and will be prosecuted both criminally and civilly to the fullest extent allowable by law.
We reserve the right to submit your name, address, phone number, email and/or IP address into a negative customer database, provide it to local law enforcement, and additionally forward your information to a third party collection agency to collect any funds and time lost on a fraudulent chargeback.
All court actions and appearances will be initiated and held in the county and state in which we are license

A) EXCHANGES

SHOULD YOU RECEIVE ANY DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS, CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE CONFIRMED ORDER DELIVERY DATE.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST REQUEST TO CLAIM A EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT/S WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS ASSOCIATED WITH PRODUCT. CUSTOMERS WILL ASSUME RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS AND A 20%RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL ITEMS.

B) NO REFUND POLICY
